The three remaining recorded transfers have no sale price available yet: a property on 38 Brush Pond Rd, Lot 199, from seller Virginia Holthausen to buyer Vebholt LLC, recorded Sept. 9; a property at 66 Canonicus Ave involving seller Rebecca Hawley Dudek, recorded Sept. 8; and a transfer involving seller Jacqueline Chrisette Hudlin, recorded Sept. 9, for which no street address was provided in the deed data.
