Seven of the eight carried a recorded sale price, ranging from $750,000 to $5.3 million, with a median of $991,000. The eighth transfer, linked to the same trust that sold 24 Kenney Rd, had no address or sale price available as of this report; price data on recent filings typically appears within about a week of recording. Eight recorded transfers is a modest volume for a single month, though the data does not include prior-month or prior-year counts for comparison.

TOP SALES The month's highest-priced sale was 8 Paddock Rd, which sold for $5.3 million on Oct. 2. Maya Moran was the seller; Sage Hill Capital LLC was the buyer. Beds, baths and square footage were not available in deed records.

36 Wilberforce Way sold for $1,163,000 on Oct. 7. PE Properties LLC was the seller; MyLoanPathway was the buyer.

45 Linton Ave sold for $991,000 on Oct. 6. Rodney Firmin and Chelise N. Firmin were the sellers; the buyer was listed as Cape Cod Five Cents Savings Bank, with Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. also named.

5 Circuit Ave sold for $900,000 on Oct. 5. Circuit LLC was the seller; BrightBridge Credit Union was the buyer.
