Breth, as trustees, sold the property to the Martha's Vineyard Transit Authority. At 52 Oak Knoll Road, Edgar Pedroza and Jennifer Wilk sold to Rocket Mortgage LLC and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. for $800,000 on Oct. 8. At 25 Vineyard Meadow Farms Road, Paul W. Lowry sold to VMF LLC for $742,000 on Oct. 6. At 20 Brook Hollow Road, Katya DeFreitas, as trustee of Brook Hollow Realty Trust, sold to Hometown Equity Mortgage LLC and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. for $650,000 on Oct. 9.

NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN Thumb Point Road saw three separate transfers on Oct. 7, at 191, 201 and 245 Thumb Point Road, each to a different limited liability company; none has a recorded price yet. Oak Lane also had two recorded transfers on Oct. 2: the $2,185,000 sale at 11 Oak Lane and a related transfer of 11 Oak Lane Lot 1, for which no price is yet available. Brook Hollow Road had two Oct. 9 filings involving the same trust as seller, one priced at $650,000 and one without a recorded price. Among the four priced sales, three fell in the $650,000 to $800,000 range and one, the Oak Lane transaction, exceeded $2 million.
