Two additional entries recorded during the period, a certificate of no unpaid common expenses at 8 Woodhaven Drive and a declaration of homestead at 99 Pocha Road, are document filings rather than property sales and are not included in this count or price range. The seller was North Water LLC, the same entity that had purchased the property earlier that day as buyer in the $4.4 million transaction; the buyer was Brightbridge Credit Union.

73 Fourth St. North sold for $100,000 on Oct. 5. The seller was William D. Macomber; the buyers were Michael L. Jackson and Valeryia Jackson.

A fifth property transfer, an unaddressed Edgartown parcel sold by the town of Edgartown to Chappy Ferry LLC on Oct. 6, has a price not yet available.
