Rounding out the five highest-priced transfers, 21 Duncan Close sold to the town for $59,150 on June 12 from trustees Linda C. Baumhofer and Laura J. Schroeder.

NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN Winter Street was the only address with multiple recorded transactions: both Unit 2 ($970,000) and Unit 3 ($25,000) at 62 Winter St. were sold June 12 by Winter Street MV LLC to the same buyers, Timothy Costanza and Jennifer Franco.
