WEST TISBURY -- Seven deeds were recorded in West Tisbury between June 26 and July 25, but only one listed a sale price, limiting what can be said about the town's broader market this period.

Only one of the seven, the July 15 transfer of 140 Longview Road, listed a consideration amount: $1,155,653. Connelly III, trustee, and the Gulino Family Irrevocable Trust, to buyers Emanuele D. Gulino and Kathleen J. Gulino, trustees.
