OAK BLUFFS -- Six property transfers recorded at the Dukes County Registry of Deeds between June 26 and July 25 ranged from $399,998 to $5.9 million, with a $5.9 million sale on Beach Road standing well above the rest of the month's activity.

3 Chapel Ln. sold for $690,000 on June 30. The seller was Claudia Jane Morgan, as trustee; the buyer was Martha's Vineyard Bank.

55 Wing Rd. sold for $399,998 on June 29. Sellers were Timothy J. Millerick and Timothy Millerick; buyers were Figure Lending LLC and Dart Collateral Manager LLC.

Two additional transfers carried no disclosed price: a second Oak Bluffs property transferred June 30 from Claudia Jane Morgan, as trustee, to a certificate of trust, and 293 East Chop Dr. transferred June 29 from Mary Judith Meelia, as trustee of a revocable trust, to Chop LLC.
