Oak Bluffs Sale Prices Range From $300,000 To $5.3 Million In October

OAK BLUFFS -- Five property transfers were recorded in Oak Bluffs between Sept. 25 and Oct. 24, with prices ranging from $300,000 to $5.3 million among the three sales that have recorded consideration amounts so far.

MARKET OVERVIEW

The registry recorded five transfers in the period, though only three carry a sale price at this time; the other two are listed as price not yet available. Among the three priced transactions, prices ranged from $300,000 to $5,300,000, with a median of $935,000. TOP SALES

The second-highest recorded sale was 101 Tradewinds Rd., which transferred for $935,000 on Oct. 1. The sellers were David Jay Goldstein and Jaqueline Pereira Goldstein, and the buyer was Martha's Vineyard Bank.

The third priced sale was 13 Madison Ave., which sold for $300,000 on Sept. 28. The sellers were Leslie Joan Bryan, trustee, and Whitney Maloy Griggs, trustee, and the buyer was Martha's Vineyard Bank.

Two additional transfers recorded in the period do not yet have sale prices: 11 Siloam Ave., which transferred Sept. 25 from Lawrence A. Hier and Mariann C. Hier to the Martha's Vineyard Camp Meeting Association, and a parcel recorded Oct. 5 as a Certificate of Municipal Liens, with Murdicks Fudge Company of Massachusetts Inc. as grantor.
