The confirmed sale is 26 Road to the Cemetery, Lot 8, which sold for $1,000,000 on Sept. 17. The sellers were Bonnie D. Veeder and Bonnie D. Leonard, and the buyers were Russell H. Mason and Julie A. Mason, listed as trustees.

A second entry, also recorded Sept. 17 and naming Bonnie D. Veeder as seller, lists "Certificate of Municipal Liens" in the buyer field rather than a purchasing party, indicating a recorded lien document rather than a change in property ownership. No address or sale price is attached to this entry; price not yet available.
