TISBURY -- Eight property transfers recorded at the Dukes County Registry of Deeds between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, led by a $5,606,250 sale on State Road. Only three of the eight deeds carry a recorded sale price so far; the rest are expected to show pricing within about a week, per standard registry timing.

82 Norton Ave sold for $1,475,840 on Aug. 31. The sellers were Renato Romualdo Dos Santos and Miria de Souza Teodoro Santos; the buyers were CrossCountry Mortgage LLC and Valere Financial.

119 North William St sold for $550,500 on Aug. 31. The seller was Spring M. Sheldon; the buyers were Mortgage Equity Partners LLC and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc.

The remaining five recorded transfers, at 41 Chase Ln, 79 Beach Rd Unit 10, 26 Main St, an unaddressed Tisbury parcel, and 11 Hvoslef Way, have no price available yet.

Three of the five transfers without a recorded price involve the same two sellers, Philip R. Combra Jr. and Gerda M. O'Rourke, conveying 41 Chase Ln, 79 Beach Rd Unit 10 and 26 Main St to a mix of irrevocable trusts bearing their own names and Joan M. Walsh as trustee. A fourth, at 11 Hvoslef Way, transfers from Thomas Baker Jr. to the Thomas J. Baker Jr. Revocable Trust, with Baker himself listed as trustee.
